Innovation Club

About Club :

INNOVATION CLUB is formed as part of Scheme for Promoting Interests, Creativity and Ethics among Students (SPICES) supported by AICTE, New Delhi. The Innovation club creates awareness, educates, nurtures and inculcates a culture of innovation amongst students and enables them to generate new ideas and become more innovative in their outlook.

Innovation club would help to engage students in innovative and creative activities apart from providing opportunities for hands on activities.

Objectives :

  1. To support interests, creativity, innovation and ethics through a range of activities.
  2. To encourage, inspire and nurture young students by supporting them to work with new ideas and transform them into prototypes.
  3. To energize and position students for pursuit of individual interests, creative work, innovative ideas etc.
  4. To create awareness, educate, nurture and inculcate a culture of innovation amongst the engineering student.
  5. To organize seminars, expert lectures, workshop, exhibitions relating to innovations.
  6. To develop innovative mindsets and train for entrepreneurship.
  7. To support the students to participate in outstation activities.

About :

The Hobby Club was established in VEMU Institute of Technology on 15.02.2022 as an exclusive Student’s club for students with special interest. Hobby Club initiated at VEMU IT to strike a balance between academic and creative pursuits. Students are given an opportunity to explore their passion and nurture creative talents with an intent to encourage multifarious development in them.

Hobby Club Objectives :

  1. Initiate activities such as Music, Dance, and Dramatics, Photography, Painting etc.
  2. Arranging exhibitions for displaying creativity in Painting, Photography etc.
  3. Conducting competitions at intra-collegiate levels.
